Firefox keeps asking for location when I have google open

So I am THIS close to uninstalling firefox forever. Every 10 seconds, when I have a google tab open, it brings me to my permissions on location, and asks me to give permission. I turned it off in firefox settings 'block new location requests' but it keeps happening. I have location turned off on my PC, and don't wish to turn it on. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating as I can't use google now because of it. How do I stop it.
