First, note that those pop-ups are most likely scam. Do not click on them and do not download anything they suggest.

Second, try adding an ad-blocker extension to Firefox. For instance, try AdGuard AdBlocker or uBlock Origin.

Also, it would be useful if you provided some screenshots of the pop-ups, so that we could give more detailed advice.
