I use Firefox exclusively to access the internet. When I try to sign in to my account at Spectrum.Net, attempt fails and I get the message: 'We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. NETGE-1000.' I have to use Microsoft Edge to get connected. What is the problem?
