I had no problem accessing XFINITY.com until today. Today, I had to change both my username and password with XFINITY.com. Thereafter, the my mozilla/Firefox asked whether I wanted to delete my password and username with XFINITY.com (and it said that my choice cannot be undone). I clicked "yes," since it was showing my OLD username and password (which I wanted to get rid of). Now, however, Firefox will not allow me to access XFINITY.com, and it shows the following: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?" on this server. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Therefore, I'm asking for help to restore my access to XFINITY.com using the Firefox browser. (I use Windows-11 and I use a Dell laptop) Thanks!!!
