I'm using Windows 10 and have just completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. PROBLEM: Using MS Office 2021, OUTLOOK, when I select "EMAIL LINK" I get two windows, the expected one with the email link in the body, and one much smaller that is blank. The second smaller window is an extra and serves no purpose; except that I have to close it. After an hour with a senior Microsoft tech this morning, he said the problem with with Mozilla; that everything works normally (only one window opens!) - leaving Firefox/Mozilla as the source of the problem I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, clearing the cache, etc., etc. so I have nothing to attach. ALSO, when I tried to "Share Date," there was an error and I 've had to retype the above again. So, if you need more that the info I've given, please let me know.
