Normally your extensions and other setting and data are preserved during updates. What seems to have gotten lost?

Also, did Firefox mention a Refresh/Reset/Tune-up? The tell-tale sign of one of these running is a new "Old Firefox Data" folder on your desktop. These will remove your add-ons, but if you connect to a Mozilla Account for Sync, Sync might bring back some of them and some of their data (that tends to be incomplete).

I think i t was mostly an UBlock Origin app that was no longer there. It may have something to do with google making those obsolete on chrome etc. I just uploaded a new UBlock Origin app. And it seems okay. Is there anything else I have to do?
