Failed downloads repeated even with updated browser. Need to fix this.

I have updated the browser to your latest. I have Windows 7 Pro on this system. I cannot download any document or save it as the error is "Failed Download".

Please tell me how to fix this or I cannot use your browser.

There's no screenshot or error reporting to Mozilla for any users to know what is going on here.

Can you show us the issue and provide steps to replicate? Hard to help with something we cannot see. What version of Firefox? What OS? If windows, what security software are you running? What happens on this site? https://www.irs.gov/downloads/irs-pdf see screenshot
