I have used Mozilla for years...am now 80, had to move to senior housing services, and first now have been able to get back onto the computer....and I am lost and can not access email or the Firefox site.....
I love Foxfire and have supported you for years but am now past 80, been relocated to a senior living complex and can not figure out how to get back on line with the services available here after hooking me up to Spectrum....HELP!!bold text

Firefox browser doesn't have email software and Firefox browser has a default installed page setup. You should ask for help at your location for setup issues.
I had to use edge to change password onmy spectrum account. I was then able to chang my password on a popup thunderbird email window and have access to spectrum webmail again on thunderbird
