password not accepted
recently when I try to make changes to my account or to use autofill to fill in my credit card info, it is not accepting my password and keeps telling me it is wrong. I have checked in my settings and it is correct. I try to follow the instructions that are provided to fix this and it will not allow me to.

Which accounts are you referring to here? One is Firefox sync account and the other is your C.C. info? If you password is wrong there isn't much anyone user can help since that is considered a lost account as no one here can access your sync account or account login for Firefox.
actually it is Firefox.exe that I can not get it to recognize, but I only have one password for Firefox.
