web pages display wrong
Thus is all of a sudden, thsy look like FTP, like image. Cannot browse. Pasted address displayed into another browser, it work fine. Rather use Firefox

I have the same problem with the latest download on Windows 10. I suspect it is css because the html headers and text render ok, but no background or other markup defined by css.
It seems CSS is not rendered when linked in the header, but is when embedded in the HTML. Possibly JavaScript is also affected this way.
