I have been using Firefox for quite some time. Suddenly it stopped working on my computer, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the download and installation. Can anyone help? Hi, in case you haven't already, please do a regular shutdown/restart of Windows in case there is a transient problem with memory, etc.

If you are running the small "stub" installer, try downloading the full/offline installer from the following page (the systems and languages page):

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Does that one work? If not, could you provide more information on the specific error message?
