Check if it still supported, @pmoranges. Make sure device is well connected and switched on. Read the device manual. Contact their support. Try another one.

Is Firefox updated? Try Private Browsing, make a new profile or Safe Mode. Do you have some software running that causes trouble between them or one of them?
