I got a replacement computer for my old one which will not start up, i use a Firefox browser so how do i transfer my files, passwords, bookmarks and desktop icons from my old computer to my new one?

First if your not using Sync then getting that information to the new computer is next to impossible. Since you can't start or use the computer any kinda local backup of bookmark, profiles, data migration is next to impossible at this point. You will need a computer shop to help recover and move the data over.
