When anything data/profile or backup related to Firefox files are deleted any data associate with those are gone and there is no recovery. So unless one did folder or data/profile backup date restore is next to impossible at this point. With SSD data deletion recovery is impossible as opposed to a HDD that could maybe be undeleted but if one didn't stop with the drive the data was deleted from this becomes no longer a option to recover the data.
Firefox stores the bookmarks (and history) in a SQLite database named places.sqlite in the profile folder.
