Firefox crashes on start up

Since updating to OS Ventura 13.3.1 Firefox crashes 10 seconds after opening. Trying to open in troubleshoot mode doesn’t help, neither did a clean reinstall of the application. Meanwhile the browser still works on my iPhone and an older laptop running Monterey.
