Hello! I have Firefox, version 78.15.0 installed on my mac OSX 10.11.6. A few days ago I lost the ability to use messenger in FaceBook. I cannot send or receive messages from others. When I click on messages, nothing happens. This happened suddenly. Otherwise, Firefox works as normal on my older mac. Can you give me a hint as to what is causing this? It is possible that the website updated its code and is no longer compatible with your Firefox 78.15.0 version, there have been more similar reports about other websites that stopped working with this old Firefox version.

You can check if there JavaScript error messages in the Web Console.
