Can't log in to my bank account
I can load their main page but I cannot log in. I get the error I have attached. Finally, I had to log in from Safari after a lot of hassle and help from a customer service rep. What happened? I have been logging in here for years from Firefox. I am not having this issue with any other site.

When logging into your bank, a full browser screenshot would be more helpful. Be sure to block any personal info. What bank? Maybe someone here uses the same bank.
Here's the bank's main page, and here is the screen I get when I try to log in. The bank says there are no issue. I can log in with Safari but not Firefox. I've been logging in with Firefox for nine years.
