I have bookmarked some pdf's i have on my pc. Every time i open a pdf from bookmarks, the pop-up box to print the pdf comes. How do i stop this behavior? Also, every time i have to select the spread mode (odd/even) when i open the pdf. Don't know if this a bug or not but would be great if firefox saved those preferences.
