Your updates never seem to install when authorized to do so by the user. Rather, numerous times after reopening your browser, they finally decide to update, while blocking all online content at the same time. You need to improve your update service so that it occurs both as requested and immediately when authorized, without causing problems for the user in navigating the web.

If your using the system as Admin/Owner account you gave it permission to install already. If you want to more block any software update or installs then you need to password protect the Admin/owner account your using and make Standard user account so anything that install will require the Admin/Owner password to install.
