Thunderbird email not sending. .
No error message, acts like it has sent, shows in sent folder but not received. No settings have been changed. The email is used with two different service providers so that is not the issue. I have turned off any firewall and anti-virus and the problem persist.
Thanks. Ryan

Does this happen for all emails, or just to specific persons? Are you able to send an email to yourself?
All emails. Test emails to myself show in sent folder but do not show in my inbox or spam folder.
You mentioned two different service providers. I don't understand. Also, did this happen after an update or has it always been this way?
There was an update on 07.01.22 I believe but our problem did not start until 07.26.22.
My manager is located on site with a different internet provider than I have at my home office. One of the possible issues with email not sending, as I read, could possibly be related to the internet provider blocking the email, which I guess is possible for both providers to be blocking it, but that seems unlikely.
Are you able to access your mail account online? When you send to yourself, is the message viewable there? Usually, when email is blocked, the sender receives an error message. Is the manager's account related to this problem? It seems to not be a factor if all outgoing messages are treated alike. Are you receiving any email? Just for a test, try sending a message to me at davidtbirdhelp at gmail dot com
Howdy-
I just sent a test email to you. No error message from sending.
I don't get a message on any device being sent from Thunderbird, windows or iOS. My manager and I use the same account, both on windows operating systems.
We both get email in our accounts we are sending the test to, hers being gmail and mine being icloud.
Okay, nothing arrived. To clarify, is she experiencing the same problem? If so, then Thunderbird is not the issue. It may help to know more information. Your ISP is icloud and hers is gmail. What is the email provider? Please post a screenshot of smtp server settings.
She is experiencing the same issue. Checking on the email provider, not sure on the answer.
Attached is a screenshot.
I think the email provider will provide the answer.
The hosting provider is In Motion Hosting. We use the Thunderbird software program.
Have you discussed with them? Are you able to use email account online and send messages?
I've sent a message to the provider. Thanks for your help.
I will post if solved and any intel as to the reason for the issue.

At this point it is still not solved. Perhaps moving to another provider is best.
