I am on a windows 10 computer and for some reason when I click on one of my tabs they sometimes delete themselves despite me not clicking on the close button and on top of that when I open a new tab it deletes itself as well.

Not possible unless the user themselves closes a open tab or the system browser crashes in which case all sessions and tabs are gone.
