Mozilla Account login problem

Hello,

I didn't use Firefox account and Firefox browser for a long time. But now when I login, it request me submit security code or recovery key.

Before, when I login, it send me "Firefox Authentication Code" or "Confirm New Signin" as picture but now I don't receive it. I still have my own email account, not be hacked and I sure that I didn't setup 2FA as Security Code or didn't receive any Recovery Key.

That is only one my personal email and I don't want to use another email account for Firefox Account and Sync feature.

Please help me.

Unfortunately here lost keys or password or logins is just that lost and there not much that can be done here. You just have to create a new Firefox forum account and use that new account. Also turn off all sync when setting up account to avoid issues.
