Hello, I am logged into my account successfully. I have a recovery key but in can't use it because the only option at that point is to create a new one. Also at that point for some reason my password fails! Please can you help? Christopher

You use the recovery key with a password reset by clicking the reset link in the email you receive.

You need to click the link in the password reset email and on the page where you land you should have an input field where you can enter to 32 character recovery key if you have previously generated such a key for this Firefox Account (email address).
