Hello, I am having problems with my VGLI site. Every time I try logging in it times out, Is there a way to stop that from happening. My internet connection is sound and working properly. And I've confirmed the correct address.

This is the error that I am concerned about. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. How do I check or update that information?
