Cannot play CNN videos
I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

It was the Malwarebytes Browser Guard, a VPN. Even when turned off, it blocked CNN videos. Disabling the add on enabled CNN videos. I will tell Malwarebytes. Thanks.

None of this works. Clear cache and cookies, refresh, safe mode.
Clearing everything in history worked for my wife's computer; prior to that she complained that no CNN videos would play. Make sure all the check boxes in the "Clear Recent History" menu option are checked, and you select "Everything" as the time period. As soon as I did that, videos began playing again.
