Safe mode still has the issue. I am frustrated as I feel like I have to completely abandon the browser I've been using primarily and I can't even begin to figure out why it wont function.

There are two different ways, via left and right click to select "allow download" neither work. I have turned off all filtering in settings and the DOM in about:config. Is there something that could cause those to be ignored? Are those false choices?

It was working prior to tonights nightly and after it suddenly stopped on the same download/website. Its possible safe mode could help but that doesnt really feel like a solution to the issue.
