Hi, are you getting an error message? It would be helpful to get more information about what's going on.
Sometimes a download is blocked and you need to unblock it using the Downloads button on the toolbar (click the button and see what options are available on the drop-down list). There's more info on that in the following article: Where to find and manage downloaded files in Firefox.
