Let the user know that you folks really do something to fix problems. Have to resort to Edge till this problem is settled or either a complete re-install which is about the fifth time in as much as one year.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

You can try to clear the startup cache via the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.


You can check for problems with the extensions registry files in the profile folder.

Try to to reset the extensions registry and rename extensions.json (extensionsOLD.json) and rename/remove compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

New files will be created when required.
