I am up to date with my Firefox.

I find that sometimes (Easyjet booking forms for example) or recently a .pdf letter from a reputable sourcecan't be opened in Firefox, I need to use Edge for instance, and I don't like being brow beaten by Microsoft. What's to be done?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
