Update disabled all my extensions, and I can't re-enable?

I updated Firefox, and suddenly my extensions are all disabled. Googling the issue suggests that I right click on "app.update.lastUpdateTime.xpi-signature-verification" but when I go to my about:config and right click on this, I don't get any sort of context menu to reset it, so I really don't know what to do now. I have no idea why my adblocker and ghostery and so on are suddenly disabled.

How do I re-enable them?

ETA: Firefox is just acting like the add ons aren't installed at all because if I go to the pages for them in addons.mozilla.org, they give me the option to install them. As a test, I (re)installed uBlock Origin this way, and now it's working correctly, but I'm so confused as to why this happened to begin with and why I even would need to reinstall all my add-ons.
