Unable to Create master password
I tried to set password but getting error again and again. Please help

Are there currently logins stored in the Password Manager ?
If that is the case then try to export those logins to CSV. Make sure to check the file to see if it has all the logins. Then rename/remove logins.json and key4.db in the profile folder and try to set a new Primary Password.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
