Hi David, maybe, like me, you have several Android home screens. You can't find Outlook on any of them? This seems like a more general Android question and not a Firefox question, but you could try this and see whether it works on your version of Android: Find Outlook in the programs list, long press the icon until you see a small bar appear, release your finger, and tap Add to Home.
