I have experienced this problem too. I study in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, Karnataka, India, and our college has a virtual portal for handling all the documents, exam marks, time tables, daily attendance, overall attendance, etc. This portal has been created by the university, and it is extremely buggy. For example, after the start of every semester, the Lecturers in my branch of Engineering cannot immediately start uploading daily attendance records for the students in the portal because of certain "unknown reasons" (probably because they have negligible knowledge of web development, or they don't want to solve it).

Now, the problem that you are facing is not unique. The loading times of the aforementioned portal is way lower than youtube, google.com, facebook, instagram (the firefox version I am using is 86.0, the latest one). And during the result declaration dates, the portal would not be able to handle the huge increase in traffic, since multiple students (around 6000 in my batch across all Engineering Branches) would access the portal on that day itself. This would lead to certain scripts not being able to execute in the servers used by the university, and a similar error message would be displayed, instead of the portal. The university faculty, for some reason, was so adamant that it was the students' fault in one way or another (atleast the faculty from my branch), that they would ask us to use alternate browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge or any other browser to access the portal.

Anyways, got a little sidetracked there. I can understand the error message you are receiving. Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshot evidence for the aforementioned error message. You can try updating firefox to the latest version supported by your laptop, or you can check online to see if Tiktok is experiencing a down-time. That should help you solve this problem.

Thank You, Sarthak Giri
