If it wasn't attached to an email address is there a way I can find my old saved passwords?

I don't think I'd ever signed up to FIrefox so I don't know what to log in with, but they had saved all of my passwords somewhere so I'm trying to find it.

Any help much appreciated!

When you say: the computer was 'reset,' what do you mean? Did you reinstall the operating system? Did you choose to save your old data?

To expand on the previous question, was it more along the lines of:

  • Computer crashed
  • Windows 10 updated
  • You ran a Windows 10 reset
  • Something else?

Also, if you haven't already, it's worth trying a regular shutdown and restart of Windows in case there is a problem with locked files or more pending updates.
