Can you turn off your security software and try again? Also, try it in safe mode.

Bing search https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky,
BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure
connection certificates and send their own.

Hello and thanks for your quick answers, but it still doesn't work? i cannot reach this site. i've tried without Windows defender same issue Safe mode ? In Mozilla ? Windows safe mode ? Thanks for helping ;-)
Hello. I am a new here. I think he meant safe mode of Mozilla Firefox. But on my Firefox in safe mode, in Google Chrome and in Microsoft Edge this site does not load. Maybe you should follow the error message and tell them via another platform like Twitter https://twitter.com/jlm_city I think there is a bigger problem with this site.
I got Secure Connection Failed

Is jerusalem.muni.il down right now?
It's not just you! jerusalem.muni.il is down.
I had this problem starting Sept./Oct. 2020 mostly with Youtube, whether it was embedded or directly. I tried many ways to circumvent the problem, restarts, safe mode, try at other times of the day, nothing really worked - Safari connected immediately. So it was something specific to Firefox. My internet provider offered me a new router, I had no idea how this would help - but it did! Coincident or not, I didn't think of resetting the router, but the new one came "new" and PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR disappeared up to 90 percent.
