I found this dialog in Google Chrome (attached) but I do not know what its purpose is. What kinds of certificates should be listed here?

Perhaps more generally, what is the problem you have in Firefox that you are trying to solve? Is there a certificate listed on the Authorities tab in the Certificate Manager that currently is trusted that you want to distrust?

Yes, there is a screenshot of Google Chrome dialog boxes in my post. And I don't know where similar ones are in Mozilla Firefox. Adding certificates to untrusted ones is needed to restrict access of computer users to sites that use this certificate.
