Aug 25th I attempted to download the above. my computer would not download it saying " Due to having a Custom Proxy". Am being charged every month 2.99 for last 3 months for not even having it. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe, without any success. Please help me get to someone that can accomplish this. I use this fire fox as my browser, but this is a becoming a Nightmare.
