Calendar doesn't remember show/hide setting; or shown calendars aren't visible when Calendar is opened

First off, thanks for making Calendar built in. I am using Thunderbird 78.3.3 with the following extensions:

  • Lightning Calendar Tabs
  • Open Google Calendar
  • Provider for Google Calendar

When I open Thunderbird and then the Calendar tab, only items in the Home Calendar are shown. To show any of my other calendars, I need to hover over where the eye icon would be, click on Hide, then click on Show. I have to do this each time I open Thunderbird for each Calendar that I normally have as shown. Calendar does remember which calendars are hidden.

Once a calendar is shown, the eye icon does not stay visible. Personally I preferred the Lightning UI where each calendar had a checkbox for visibility.
