Old page content after restoring session
After starting my Firefox 80.0 it is gracefully restoring all the old tabs (which were open, when I closed FF the last time). ... After clicking on one of them, i.e. the weather forecast, it loads the old content of the page. So I always have to reload the page to get to today's weather.
Is there a way to get FF to load the up-to-date-content?

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.
Thank you Fred!
This solves my original problem. ... but at the cost of loosing the cache for all other sites too. It would make FF slower in general and increase traffic, wouldn't it?
Is there a way to do this for individual tabs only?
PS: After some research: There seems to be an "If-Modified-Since"-information associated with each site.
Is there a way to only load modified pages freshly ... and load all the others from cache?
