I do not want to use the new Collections feature and would like to remove it from my homepage. How do I do that?

It should have been an option for me not for Mozilla

Wow kinda crappy to stick a cheesy banner on the home page that we cant get rid of. This release was poorly thought out.

Adding a new element like "Collections" in a Upgrade Release WITHOUT INCLUDING AN EASY WAY TO REMOVE IT is simply POOR DESIGN! You may think it petty, (because now that you've gotten a lot of complaints about it, "you're going to add an easy removal in an update", but even that type of thinking is poor design!

Now you've got all us Mozilla users wondering what else you screwed up that we "unvolunteered Beta testers" have not yet found nor complained about.
[Many of us have welcomed the simple, straight design of Mozilla and your business practices -- as a defense against the constant program changes (and in some cases outright fraud or thievery) initiated in the industry by Microsoft and subsequently madly being followed by Google.
PLEASE don't go there! KEEP IT CLEAN, SIMPLE & HONEST! ]

Please understand the user frustration being expressed about "collection banner" display with no option turn off. Saying that some future update will resolve is just salt in a wound.

Acknowledge mistake in design so we can trust you.

I was a diehard Firefox user for at least 13 years, but it has steadily gone downhill. I've been using Brave for the last 9 months. Maybe instead of going woke and virtue signaling, you should concentrate on your browser. Sick of the constant updates, randomly removing themes and add ons, "pocket", and all the other nonsense in it. Why couldn't you just keep Firefox simple....?

Any idea when we'll be able to remove collections?
