I started my computer and it told me it was slow and clicking this would correct that. Instead, it wiped out my roboform that I have used for years to log me in to my accounts. How in the hell can I get this thing corrected??????

Try re-installing your Roboform add-on for Firefox from here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/roboform/

Hopefully your data will be there, and make sure that you don't delete the Old Firefox Data folder that should be sitting on your Desktop. That folder would have all your Firefox user data that was automatically saved there as part of the Refresh procedure, if that that data isn't in Firefox now.

If that folder isn't there or it was deleted AND you haven't cleared the Trash Bin, the Roboform user saved data from Firefox would have been be in that folder.

I have no idea what the Robofrom file name is, as I have never used Roboform since they moved away from "lifetime" data storage stage, thus screwing over their existing / former users ... like possibly 14 years ago.

Glad I never took a bite that that "apple".
