I can't access Toonboom.com on my computer

I'm trying to activate a license for StoryBoard Pro, but I have to access to the website ToonBoom.com to do that, and every time I try to access the site it says there was a problem loading the page. People on other computers don't seem to have this problem, so I don't think its their site that has the issue.

Unfortunately, there are many possible reasons why a site fails for one person and not another.

You might get specific help from the ToonBoom folks here: https://forums.toonboom.com/storyboard-pro/support-and-troubleshooting

I see other people have had trouble activating their license, too.
