Can anyone help me figure out how to download flash video from password protected site?
I have to enter a password to get to the site. The site is hosted by Slack. The owner specifically gives permission to download them. But when I added several extensions for video downloading (ant, video downloadhelper, a few others), none of them detected any media files. Is it something I have do with settings, particularly the extensions? Because I did notice that none of the programs I added are showing up in plugins, just in extensions for Firefox.
I repeat, it is a flash video. I even downloaded the free version of a standalone software downloader, and when I pasted the url, nothing happened.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Hi lisasimmarco, please ignore the spam message with an unofficial third party support number.
Is it a download link, or do you need to start playing the video in order for your add-ons to "intercept" the video? In case you need to start the player, please check these articles:
- Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games
- Why do I have to click to activate plugins?
Any luck?
