Parts of Ancestry.co.uk no longer working with Firefox

I have consistently used Firefox as my browser and had no trouble using Ancestry.co.uk.

Over the past couple of weeks, it seems there are parts of Ancestry's functionality that no longer work with Firefox. When I first experienced the issue I tried to do the same operations using Bing, and there was no problem - so it seems the problem lies with Firefox.

Any ideas?

Please provide steps to reproduce this issue.

When I click on say a birth record for an ancestor, if one wishes to accept the record and attribute it to someone in your family tree, typically you can click on a series of tick boxes to accept the information and it saves the record.

This transaction previously was fine when I used Ancestry with Firefox, until recently. Now when I hover my mouse over a tick box in a record, no amount of clicking will generate a tick. It's as if the box isn't active.

As I said, I have tried to do the same activity using Bing as the browser, and this issue doesn't arise.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Safe mode didn’t resolve the problem alas
