Firefox apparently refuses to open Google search listing items that are ads - is it possible to change this?

Whilst I know many folk want to EXCLUDE ad websites in Google search results, SOMETIMES I want to open them! When I try (see example in photo 1), I get the response shown in photo 2! Is it possible to change this?

This isn't a builtin Firefox feature. It's possible that maybe an add-on you have installed is blocking pages.

Does the issue occur when you are running in Firefox Safe Mode? If not, it's likely an add-on.

If it still occurs, I'd also check your security software and VPN (if applicable) to make sure that they don't have any builtin website filters.
