At least 3-4 times a day I get what I call a busy/loading circle. I cannot refresh it or otherwise stop it, the only option is to close that tab, open a new one, and manually go back to where I was. Running Windows 10 64 bit 1903 with Firefox 70.0.1. It's been happening ever since I updated to 70.0.0 and across all websites that I use.
