Firefox has Dead Once Install the Update

Steps to reproduce:

I have a version of firefox 69.0.1 in Windows 10 x64 bit machine. Then i download the latest version From the below link and install it using command line argument " -ms -ma" https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/69.0.3/win64/en-US/Firefox Setup 69.0.3.exe

Actual results:

The Firefox updated successfully but can't open the firefox application. It seems like the application is dead. Once i reboot the machine the application works fine without issue.

Expected results:

The firefox should works fine after updated without reboot.
