Stop message header from being included in the body of an email

Hi, a friend sends messages with Thunderbird and they include the header in the body, how can I stop this? It doesn't happen all of the time, just occasionally. Thanks

If they are sending a 'Reply' and the full headers are displaying, it is because they have a setting to display full headers. 'Menu icon (3 lines ) > View > Headers > select 'Normal'
