Can't get into my sync and don't know what to do
I have my device, know my password, won't accept my recovery keys (asks for 6 keys but was given in 4 key) and verify email never shows up in any folder. SO I'm stuck and have no idea where to go from here. I made this account just so that I can get help with my other account that I need and has all my information on

Do you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) for this Sync account?
2FA requires to enter a 6-digit code or recovery codes you should have saved when you enabled 2FA. A 32-bit recovery key is meant to be used instead of a new password when you do a password reset because you lost the original password. I think that this still requires to enter a 6-digit 2FA code as a second level security feature.
