I have 4 mail account but only 3 are scanned when I get messages

I originaly had 3 account and every thing was fine, I add a forth one and to have the mail from this accont I have to make a Get message for this specific accont, Impossible to have the mail when i GET MEESAGES which read the only 3 first account, I want to add the forth account in the same Get Message Thanks for your help Francois
